Non-Staff Consultant 

As a non-staff consultant in this pivotal role, the primary objective is to offer multifaceted support to students by providing professional advice and guidance throughout their academic pursuits. This encompasses offering personalized counsel to help students navigate the complexities of education, assisting them in selecting suitable courses, majors, and extracurricular activities. The role extends to advising students with education pathway solutions, delving into comprehensive career counseling, and exploring alternative educational avenues, such as internships and vocational training. Additionally, a strong emphasis is placed on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that students receive timely and relevant information, and their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and efficiency. This position also involves fostering a positive and supportive environment, engaging in responsive communication, and leveraging networking opportunities to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Ultimately, as a non-staff consultant, the role is dynamic, encompassing advisory functions, pathway exploration, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to facilitate students' academic and career success.

Age:

Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.

 

Academic Qualifications:

A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, counseling, career development, psychology, or a related discipline.

 

Experience:

  • Previous experience in academic advising, career counseling, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Familiarity with the education system and various career pathways.

 

Customer Service Skills:

  • Experience or skills in providing excellent customer service.
  • The ability to address student inquiries, resolve issues, and create a positive experience.

 

Computer Skills:

Excellent knowledge of computer systems and office-related software.

 

Team Player:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Adaptability to an international working environment.
     

Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
