Students who want to enter the workplace soon after graduation

Parents who focus on "input-output ratio" and employment return

Students who want to join Chinese enterprises and work in overseas or cross-border business

Students with medium grades/improvable English but willing to work hard
From design stage the program revolves around partner enterprise talent needs: select majors per enterprise hiring standards; introduce real enterprise projects as course cases; through enterprise mentor lectures & workshops let students understand real job scenes early. Every academic year students move closer to real job requirements, instead of waiting until graduation to think "what am I suitable for".
According to different partner enterprises and cohorts, some entrusted trainee places can apply for enterprise scholarships, tuition reduction or living allowances, plus priority internship/training opportunities. Even without scholarships, students accumulate experience through enterprise training and project participation, adding chips for subsequent internships (Specific amount, coverage and payment method subject to each official admission brochure.)
As Chinese enterprises continuously expand investment layout in Malaysia and ASEAN, demand for compound talents familiar with local environment, bilingual ability and cross-cultural communication clearly rises. The entrusted program is designed against this backdrop, focusing on digital economy, engineering technology, modern services, etc., building a two-way selection channel for enterprises and students.
Focuses on Malaysian public universities (strengths in agriculture, engineering, business, etc.), combines with Chinese enterprises’ mid/long-term talent needs, targets senior-year/post-secondary students, offers ~3-year entrusted bachelor program (subject to brochure).

For students already holding bachelor’s degrees, relevant master’s programs run by Malaysian universities in cooperation with enterprises, emphasising research/coursework integration with real business.

For students already in domestic diploma/ordinary bachelor programmes who want to complete bachelor’s via “top-up/transfer” while meeting enterprise directed needs.

For Chinese enterprises or universities with clear hiring needs, BJESCO can jointly design a closed-loop “admission to onboarding” training plan with Malaysian universities for specific positions.

Student/parent learns project basics via online consultation, submits transcripts, language level etc.; project team conducts preliminary eligibility assessment & direction advice.
Via written test/interview/comprehensive assessment (format subject to cohort), evaluate student learning, communication & career potential; jointly determine admission & direction match with partner enterprises and university.
After admission confirmation, complete enterprise entrusted training agreement (if any), university admission formalities, and BJESCO project registration & service agreement
Prepare documents per Malaysia visa policy, guide visa application & medical exam, insurance etc.; organise pre-departure briefing, clarify learning goals & behaviour norms.
Assist with registration, course selection, accommodation etc.; monitor student academic & life adaptation in early project stage, connect school and enterprise mentors for coaching when necessary.
Student follows course plan and enters enterprise internships in stages; project team regularly collects transcripts and enterprise feedback, updates personal ability profile and job matching advice.
Near graduation, provide job coaching, CV and interview training, assist in docking enterprise positions or guide students to related industries.
Student completes studies and obtains degree; if matched with enterprise, enters probation or formal employment (per actual agreement); BJESCO continues to follow development for a period after project end, advising on further study or career transition.
