If not yet in Malaysia: pair with BJESCO application services (Basic / Standard / Full Package) to help you choose schools & majors better suited to host the topic; if already studying in Malaysia: communicate with university supervisor to confirm whether project direction can be linked with existing topic.
Clarify three-party rights & duties (student / BJESCO / ALO SUGAR & partners): work content & time input, IP, data & confidentiality, authorship & outcome ownership (per international academic norms).
Complete check-in, accommodation and life settling; attend project kick-off meeting, clarify topic objectives, stage milestones & assessment criteria; for marketing / tech roles, clarify online / offline work mode and contact persons.
